Legal Documentation & User Protections

Terms of Service &
Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 15, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing the Lucid Ledger quantitative platform.

1. Information We Collect

We believe in minimal data collection and total transparency. The information we process includes:

  • Account Identity: Your email address and public name/avatar provided via OAuth authentication.
  • Imported Trade Records: Trade timestamps, market tickers, entry prices, side (YES/NO), and profit/loss data imported via Kalshi CSV files or read-only public Polygon wallet addresses.
  • Billing Records: Subscription status, Stripe customer IDs, and transaction receipts. We never store or process raw credit card numbers; all payments are handled by Stripe.
  • Technical Logs: Standard web server logs, browser user-agent, and error traces for performance monitoring.

2. How We Use Your Data

We strictly use your data to power your personal trading analytics. This includes:

  • Generating your personal equity curve, P&L calendar, and category breakdown.
  • Diagnosing behavioral patterns (such as revenge trading or post-loss sizing leaks).
  • Providing AI trade coach responses tailored specifically to your history.
  • Managing your subscription tier and account access.

We will never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your individual trade history to third parties, nor do we front-run or copy-trade user portfolios.

3. Non-Custodial Architecture

Lucid Ledger does not require private keys, exchange API trading secrets, or custody of your crypto assets or cash balances. Wallet tracking is conducted strictly via publicly broadcast Polygon blockchain transactions.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Your imported trade records and account preferences are retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request complete deletion of your account, imported trades, and associated records at any time by emailing us at lucidledgersupport@gmail.com.

5. Security Standards

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS in transit and encrypted databases at rest) to safeguard user records.
