Last Updated: September 15, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing the Lucid Ledger quantitative platform.
By accessing or using Lucid Ledger (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Lucid Ledger provides personal quantitative trade journaling, behavioral performance diagnostics, statistical modeling (including Brier calibration and Monte Carlo analysis), public order book divergence monitoring, and AI-assisted coaching for prediction market traders.
Lucid Ledger is strictly an analytical and educational software tool. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or financial institution. None of the calculations, spreads, whale tapes, AI suggestions, or divergence matrices constitute investment or trading advice.
You acknowledge that all trading decisions, order executions, and capital risk management are conducted solely by you on independent third-party exchanges (such as Polymarket or Kalshi). Lucid Ledger does not execute trades on your behalf or custody user funds.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to authenticate via Google OAuth or passwordless email verification. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, reverse engineer backend endpoints, attempt unauthorized access, or place excessive automated burdens on our servers or order book synchronization engines.
Lucid Ledger offers both free access and premium subscription tiers ("Lucid Pro"). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our secure payment processor (Stripe).
Lucid Ledger displays data derived from public APIs and blockchain nodes associated with Polymarket and Kalshi. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party exchange, smart contract execution, order fill rate, or regulatory compliance of outside venues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid Ledger and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, capital, trading equity, or data arising out of your access to or inability to access the Platform.
